Refashion: The Crysanthemum Dress

    neat, neat, neat! once while i was in middle school, i totally refashioned a pair of ugly plaid pants into a hip mini skirt. i was so excited at the time, and i didn't realize that this was a great way to recycle. i will tap into my very own "refashion goddess" and create some more after seing your post. thanks!
